### sec.113C Implementation of management statement
On the making of a management statement for an area, the following persons must give effect to the statement—
if the area is a national park (Aboriginal land) or national park (Torres Strait Islander land)—the board of management for the area;
if the area is a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land) or an Indigenous joint management area—the Indigenous landholder for the area and the chief executive;
if the area is under the control of trustees appointed under section 31 —the trustees;
if paragraphs (a) , (b) and (c) do not apply—the chief executive.
