### sec.113 Management statements to be consistent with management principles etc.
A management statement for an area must—
be consistent with the management principles for the class of the area; and
if the area is a nature refuge or coordinated conservation area—be consistent with any conservation agreement or conservation covenant for the area; and
state management outcomes for the protection, presentation and use of the area and the policies, guidelines and actions to achieve the outcomes.

- (a) be consistent with the management principles for the class of the area; and
- (b) if the area is a nature refuge or coordinated conservation area—be consistent with any conservation agreement or conservation covenant for the area; and
- (c) state management outcomes for the protection, presentation and use of the area and the policies, guidelines and actions to achieve the outcomes.
