### sec.103 Effect of order
An interim conservation order may provide for—
the prohibition or control of a specified threatening process; or
such other matters as are prescribed.
An order may be made in relation to land even though—
the wildlife or habitat is not within the land; or
the land is not within an area of major interest or protected area.
