### sec.100F Additional provisions for termination of captive breeding agreement
The Minister may, by written notice to each other party to a captive breeding agreement, terminate the agreement if a party to the agreement is convicted of an offence against section 88 , 88A or 89 .
A regulation may terminate a captive breeding agreement.
This section—
applies despite any provision of a captive breeding agreement; and
does not limit the ways in which a captive breeding agreement may be terminated.
