### sec.25 Confirmation of validity of use of certain land held by State etc. To remove doubt, it is declared that if an act is a previous exclusive possession act because of section 23B (9C) (b) of the Commonwealth Native Title Act , the use of the land or waters concerned as mentioned in that paragraph is valid.
