### sec.15 Compensation Under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , native title holders are, subject to that Act, entitled to compensation because of the validation by this Act of past acts and intermediate period acts attributable to the State. The compensation is payable by the State. s 15 amd 1994 No. 61 s 2 sch 1 sub 1998 No. 30 s 15 (sec.15-ssec.1) Under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , native title holders are, subject to that Act, entitled to compensation because of the validation by this Act of past acts and intermediate period acts attributable to the State.
