### sec.5 Application of regulations under National Energy Retail Law The regulations made under the National Energy Retail Law set out in the Schedule to the South Australian Act, as amended from time to time— apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the National Energy Retail Law (Queensland) , with the modifications prescribed by regulation under section 12 ; and as so applying may be referred to as the National Energy Retail Regulations (Queensland) . - (a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the National Energy Retail Law (Queensland) , with the modifications prescribed by regulation under section 12 ; and - (b) as so applying may be referred to as the National Energy Retail Regulations (Queensland) .
