### sch-sec.39 General responsibilities of local registration authorities
It is the duty of each local registration authority to facilitate the operation of this Part in relation to the occupations for which the authority is responsible, and in particular to make use of the power to impose conditions in such a way as to promote the mutual recognition principle.
It is the duty of each local registration authority to prepare and make available guidelines and information regarding the operation of this Part in relation to the occupations for which the authority is responsible.
The first such guidelines and information are to be available within 6 months after the commencement of this section.
(sch-sec.39-ssec.1) It is the duty of each local registration authority to facilitate the operation of this Part in relation to the occupations for which the authority is responsible, and in particular to make use of the power to impose conditions in such a way as to promote the mutual recognition principle.
(sch-sec.39-ssec.2) It is the duty of each local registration authority to prepare and make available guidelines and information regarding the operation of this Part in relation to the occupations for which the authority is responsible.
(sch-sec.39-ssec.3) The first such guidelines and information are to be available within 6 months after the commencement of this section.
