### sec.84 Giving signed appointment to client
A motor dealer appointment must be signed and dated by the client and the motor dealer or someone authorised or apparently authorised to sign for the dealer.
The motor dealer must give a copy of the signed appointment to the client immediately after it is signed.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units.
