### sec.77 Responsibility for acts and omissions of motor salespersons
A motor dealer who is a principal licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure each motor salesperson employed by the dealer is properly supervised and complies with this Act.
A motor dealer who is an employed licensee in charge of a licensee’s business at a place of business must take reasonable steps to ensure each motor salesperson employed at the place is properly supervised and complies with this Act.
A motor dealer who fails to comply with subsection (1) or (2) is liable to disciplinary action under part 7 , division 2 .

(sec.77-ssec.1) A motor dealer who is a principal licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure each motor salesperson employed by the dealer is properly supervised and complies with this Act.
