### sec.42 Restriction—conditions
This section applies to a licensee who performs an activity under the licensee’s licence that the licensee is not authorised to perform because of a condition on the licensee’s licence.
The licensee is taken to be a person who acts as a licensee without a licence for the performance of the activity.
For some of the consequences of a licensee performing an activity that the licensee is not authorised to perform because of a condition on the licensee’s licence, see sections 88 , 119 , 132 and 149 .
(sec.42-ssec.1) This section applies to a licensee who performs an activity under the licensee’s licence that the licensee is not authorised to perform because of a condition on the licensee’s licence.
(sec.42-ssec.2) The licensee is taken to be a person who acts as a licensee without a licence for the performance of the activity.
