### sec.39 Licence—conditions
The chief executive may decide to issue a licence on the conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper performance of the activities authorised by the licence.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a condition may—
limit or prohibit the performance of an activity authorised under this Act or the Administration Act ; or
require a licensee to hold insurance of a kind and in an amount prescribed under a regulation.
If the chief executive decides to issue a licence on condition, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice about the decision within 14 days after making the decision.
(sec.39-ssec.1) The chief executive may decide to issue a licence on the conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper performance of the activities authorised by the licence.
