### sec.22 Suitability of applicants and licensees—corporations
A corporation is not a suitable person to hold a licence if the corporation—
has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or
is currently disqualified from holding a licence; or
is a person the chief executive decides under section 23 is not a suitable person to hold a licence; or
is subject to a relevant control order.
A corporation is not a suitable person to hold a licence if any of the following applies to an executive officer of the corporation—
the executive officer is an insolvent under administration;
the executive officer has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence;
the executive officer is currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate;
the chief executive decides under section 23 the executive officer is not a suitable person to hold a licence;
the executive officer is subject to a relevant control order.
A corporation that is not a suitable person can not hold a licence.

(sec.22-ssec.1) A corporation is not a suitable person to hold a licence if the corporation— has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or is currently disqualified from holding a licence; or is a person the chief executive decides under section 23 is not a suitable person to hold a licence; or is subject to a relevant control order.
(sec.22-ssec.2) A corporation is not a suitable person to hold a licence if any of the following applies to an executive officer of the corporation— the executive officer is an insolvent under administration; the executive officer has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; the executive officer is currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate; the chief executive decides under section 23 the executive officer is not a suitable person to hold a licence; the executive officer is subject to a relevant control order.
(sec.22-ssec.3) A corporation that is not a suitable person can not hold a licence.
- (a) has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or
- (b) is currently disqualified from holding a licence; or
- (c) is a person the chief executive decides under section 23 is not a suitable person to hold a licence; or
- (d) is subject to a relevant control order.
- (a) the executive officer is an insolvent under administration;
- (b) the executive officer has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence;
- (c) the executive officer is currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate;
