### sec.214 Register of undertakings
The chief executive must keep a register of undertakings under this division.
The register must contain a copy of each undertaking.
The chief executive may publish information contained in the register on the department’s website.
A person may, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, inspect or get a copy of details in the register—
at a place or places decided by the chief executive; or
by using a computer.
A person may pay the fee, in advance or in arrears, under an arrangement approved by the chief executive.
The register may be kept in the way the chief executive considers appropriate.
(sec.214-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of undertakings under this division.
(sec.214-ssec.2) The register must contain a copy of each undertaking.
