### sec.208 Terms of injunction
The District Court may grant an injunction in the terms the court considers appropriate.
Without limiting the court’s power under subsection (1) , an injunction may be granted restraining a person from carrying on a business as a licensee (whether or not the person is licensed or the business is carried on as part of, or incidental to, the carrying on of another business)—
for a stated period; or
except on stated terms and conditions.
Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a person to take stated action, including action to disclose information or publish advertisements, to remedy any adverse consequences of the person’s contravention of this Act or a prescribed conduct provision.

- (a) for a stated period; or
- (b) except on stated terms and conditions.
