### sec.201 Appeal
The chief executive may appeal to the appeal tribunal against any decision of QCAT under this Act, but only on the ground of error of law.
In this section—
appeal tribunal means QCAT as constituted under the QCAT Act , section 166 for the purposes of an appeal.
