### sec.170 Registration certificate taken to be in force while application for renewal is considered If an application is made under section 168 , the motor salesperson’s registration certificate is taken to continue in force from the day that it would, apart from this section, have expired until the salesperson’s application for renewal is— decided under section 169 ; or withdrawn by the salesperson; or taken to have been withdrawn under section 156 (3) . - (a) decided under section 169 ; or - (b) withdrawn by the salesperson; or - (c) taken to have been withdrawn under section 156 (3) .
