### sec.168 Application for renewal
A motor salesperson may only apply for renewal of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate before the certificate expires.
The application must—
be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
state the term of the registration being applied for; and
be accompanied by—
the application fee prescribed under a regulation; and
the registration certificate renewal fee prescribed under a regulation; and
if, before or when the application is made, a criminal history costs requirement is made of the motor salesperson—the amount of the costs required to be paid.
(sec.168-ssec.1) A motor salesperson may only apply for renewal of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate before the certificate expires.
(sec.168-ssec.2) The application must— be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and state the term of the registration being applied for; and be accompanied by— the application fee prescribed under a regulation; and the registration certificate renewal fee prescribed under a regulation; and if, before or when the application is made, a criminal history costs requirement is made of the motor salesperson—the amount of the costs required to be paid.
