### sec.156 Requirement to give chief executive information or material about application
This section applies to an applicant for—
a registration certificate; or
renewal of a registration certificate; or
restoration of a registration certificate.
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief executive within a stated reasonable period information or material the chief executive reasonably considers is needed to consider the application.

The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated reasonable period, the applicant fails to comply with the chief executive’s requirement.
