### sec.109 Property does not pass during cooling-off period
Property in a used motor vehicle subject to a cooling-off period does not pass to the buyer of the vehicle until the end of the cooling-off period.
Property in a motor vehicle offered to the motor dealer as a trade-in does not pass to the dealer until the end of the cooling-off period.
A deposit, other than a non-refundable deposit, given to a motor dealer by a buyer of a used motor vehicle from the dealer remains the property of the buyer until the end of the cooling-off period.
