### sec.100 Application of div 6 This division applies to sales of used motor vehicles by motor dealers. However, this division does not apply to any of the following sales of used motor vehicles by a motor dealer— a sale by auction; a sale on consignment, unless the owner of the vehicle is a motor dealer or chattel auctioneer; a sale to another motor dealer; a sale to a person holding a licence, however described, under a corresponding law that is similar to a motor dealer licence. s 100 amd 2019 No. 12 s 8 (sec.100-ssec.1) This division applies to sales of used motor vehicles by motor dealers.
