### sec.87ZK Recording of examination An investigator must make a record of the questions asked and the answers given at an examination under this part. Subject to section 87ZQ , a record of the examination of a person under this part may be used in evidence in a legal proceeding against the person. A copy of the record of the examination of a person must be given to the person on the written request of the person without fee. The record must be included with the investigator’s final report on the investigation.
