### sec.87Y Extraterritorial application of part
This part applies both within and outside Queensland to the extent necessary for any investigation of a contravention of section 74 (1) or (2) or 75 .
For subsection (1) , this part applies outside Queensland to the full extent of the extraterritorial legislative power of the Parliament.
