### sec.87WA Appointments and authority The following must be presumed in a proceeding under this Act unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of an authorised person; the authority of an authorised person to do anything under this Act. s 87WA ins 2019 No. 36 s 23 - (a) the appointment of an authorised person; - (b) the authority of an authorised person to do anything under this Act.
