### sec.87SF Appealing internal review decision
This section applies to a person who—
has applied for an internal review of an original decision; and
is dissatisfied with the internal review decision.
The person may appeal to a Magistrates Court (the court ) against the internal review decision by filing a notice of appeal with the registrar of the court.
The notice of appeal must state fully the grounds of the appeal.
The person must file the notice of appeal within 28 days after a decision notice for the internal review decision is given to the person.
However, the court may, on application and at any time, extend the time for filing the notice of appeal.
The person must serve a copy of the notice of appeal, and any application to extend the time for filing the notice of appeal, on the commission.
The appeal does not affect the operation of the internal review decision or prevent the decision being implemented.

(sec.87SF-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— has applied for an internal review of an original decision; and is dissatisfied with the internal review decision.
