### sec.87SB Requirements for application
An application for internal review of an original decision must—
be written; and
for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—include enough information to enable the commission to decide the application; and
be made to the commission within—
for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person is given the notice; or
for a person who has not been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
The commission may, at any time, extend the period within which the application may be made.
The application does not affect the operation of the original decision or prevent the decision being implemented.
Subdivision 2 provides for a stay of the original decision.
