### sec.87P Defect in relation to a warrant A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 87O (3) . s 87P ins 2000 No. 17 s 40 amd 2016 No. 34 s 168 sub 2019 No. 36 s 19 (sec.87P-ssec.1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. (sec.87P-ssec.2) In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 87O (3) . - (a) the warrant; or - (b) compliance with this subdivision;
