### sec.68 Review of the commission’s decisions by QCAT
An insurer may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of a decision by the commission to withdraw or suspend the insurer’s licence.
For a proceeding of QCAT for a review under this section, QCAT must be constituted by at least 1 judicial member who is a Supreme Court judge.
If QCAT changes or reverses the commission’s decision, the commission must publish notice of QCAT’s decision in the gazette.
