### sec.26 Non application in certain cases This division does not apply to— a trailer other than a trailer that is registered, or about to be registered, under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 (Cwlth) ; or a motor vehicle owned by a self-insurer. - (a) a trailer other than a trailer that is registered, or about to be registered, under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 (Cwlth) ; or - (b) a motor vehicle owned by a self-insurer.
