### sec.20A Temporary gratuitous insurance This section applies if a person has been issued a permit under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , section 17 , authorising the use of an unregistered motor vehicle on roads. A gratuitous CTP insurance policy in terms of the schedule under which the Nominal Defendant is the insurer is taken to be in force for the motor vehicle while the permit is in force.
