### sec.110 Ratification of action taken in anticipation of amendments made by the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Act 2000
This section applies to anything done with a view to—
fixing levies for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or
fixing the administration fee for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or
setting insurer’s premiums for the assessment period commencing on 1 October 2000.
Anything done in anticipation of amendments made by the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Act 2000 that could have been validly done under this Act assuming that Act had been enacted and the relevant amendments had commenced when the thing was done is taken to have been validly done under this Act.

(sec.110-ssec.1) This section applies to anything done with a view to— fixing levies for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or fixing the administration fee for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or setting insurer’s premiums for the assessment period commencing on 1 October 2000.
(sec.110-ssec.2) Anything done in anticipation of amendments made by the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Act 2000 that could have been validly done under this Act assuming that Act had been enacted and the relevant amendments had commenced when the thing was done is taken to have been validly done under this Act.
- (a) fixing levies for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or
- (b) fixing the administration fee for the financial year commencing on 1 October 2000; or
- (c) setting insurer’s premiums for the assessment period commencing on 1 October 2000.
