### sec.101 Periodical reviews Whenever it appears necessary to review this Act to ensure that it is adequately meeting community expectations and its provisions remain appropriate, the Minister must have such a review carried out. The Minister must cause a report of the outcome of a review under subsection (1) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly. s 101 sub 2000 No. 17 s 47 (sec.101-ssec.1) Whenever it appears necessary to review this Act to ensure that it is adequately meeting community expectations and its provisions remain appropriate, the Minister must have such a review carried out.
