### sec.60A Current or past worker entitled to training and assessment report This section applies if a person is or was a worker at a mine. The person may ask the site senior executive for the mine to give the person a training and assessment report for the person. The site senior executive must comply with the request within 30 days after the request is made. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. In this section— training and assessment report , for a person who is or was a worker at a mine, means a copy of the part of the mine’s safety and health management system relating to records of training and assessment given to, and undertaken by, the person as a worker at the mine. s 60A ins 2024 No. 34 s 174 (sec.60A-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is or was a worker at a mine.
