### sec.56A Changes in management structure to be reported to inspector
The site senior executive for a mine must give notice of any change in the management structure at the mine to an inspector for the region in which the mine is situated within 14 days after the change happens.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a site senior executive for a mine that is an opal or gem mine, if no more than 4 workers are employed at the mine.
