### sec.36 Obligations of persons generally
This section applies to each of the following persons who may affect the safety and health of others at a mine or as a result of operations at a mine—
a worker at the mine;
another person at the mine;
an ROC worker for the mine;
another person not located at the mine.
The person has the following obligations—
to comply with this Act and procedures applying to the person that are part of the safety and health management system for the mine;
if the person has information that other persons need to know to fulfil their obligations or duties under this Act, or to protect themselves from the risk of injury or illness—to give the information to the other persons;
to take any other reasonable and necessary course of action to ensure no-one is exposed to an unacceptable level of risk.

(sec.36-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following persons who may affect the safety and health of others at a mine or as a result of operations at a mine— a worker at the mine; another person at the mine; an ROC worker for the mine; another person not located at the mine.

- (a) a worker at the mine;
- (b) another person at the mine;
- (c) an ROC worker for the mine;
- (d) another person not located at the mine.
- (a) to comply with this Act and procedures applying to the person that are part of the safety and health management system for the mine;
- (b) if the person has information that other persons need to know to fulfil their obligations or duties under this Act, or to protect themselves from the risk of injury or illness—to give the information to the other persons;
- (c) to take any other reasonable and necessary course of action to ensure no-one is exposed to an unacceptable level of risk.
