### sec.32 Person may owe obligations in more than 1 capacity A person on whom a safety and health obligation is imposed may be subject to more than 1 safety and health obligation. A person may be an operator, contractor and supplier of plant at the same time for a single mine and be subject to obligations in each of the capacities.
