### sec.278 Continuation of mining safety and health advisory council and appointment of members On the commencement, the mining safety and health advisory council continues as the mining safety and health advisory committee. Subsection (3) applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, is a member of the mining safety and health advisory council.
