### sec.247 Person not to encourage refusal to answer questions A person must not encourage or influence, or attempt to encourage or influence, by general direction, promise of advantage, threat of dismissal or otherwise, a worker to refuse to answer questions put to the worker by an inspector, inspection officer, authorised officer or district workers’ representative. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
