### sec.246Q Withdrawal or variation of enforceable undertaking
A person who has made an enforceable undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the CEO—
withdraw the undertaking; or
vary the undertaking.
However, the provisions of the undertaking can not be varied to provide for a different alleged contravention of the Act .
The CEO must publish, on a Queensland Government website, notice of the withdrawal or variation of an enforceable undertaking.
