### sec.246M Notice of decision and reasons for decision
The CEO must give the person seeking to make an enforceable undertaking notice of the CEO’s decision to accept or reject the enforceable undertaking and of the reasons for the decision.
The CEO must publish, on a Queensland Government website, notice of a decision to accept an enforceable undertaking and the reasons for the decision.
