### sec.246 How document to be given to operator
A document to be given to an operator for a mine, is taken to have been given to the operator if it is—
addressed to the operator; and
given to the site senior executive at the mine.
- (a) addressed to the operator; and
- (b) given to the site senior executive at the mine.
