### sec.233 Analyst’s certificate or report
The production by the prosecutor or the defendant in a prosecution of a signed analyst’s report stating any of the following is evidence of them—
the analyst’s qualifications;
the analyst took, or received from a stated person, the sample mentioned in the report;
the analyst analysed the sample on a stated day, or during a stated period, and at a stated place;
the results of the analysis.
