### sec.216A Appeals against CEO’s decisions The following persons may appeal against the CEO’s decision under the following provisions to an Industrial Magistrates Court under this division— a person whose board qualification is suspended or cancelled by the CEO— section 189 ; a corporation on which a civil penalty is imposed— section 246I . s 216A ins 2018 No. 28 s 80 amd 2020 No. 10 s 139 sch 2 ; 2024 No. 34 s 212 - (a) a person whose board qualification is suspended or cancelled by the CEO— section 189 ; - (b) a corporation on which a civil penalty is imposed— section 246I .
