### sec.197 Site not to be interfered with without permission
A person must not interfere with a place at a mine that is the site of a serious accident or high potential incident of a type prescribed by regulation, without the permission of an inspector.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
Permission under subsection (1) must not be unreasonably withheld.
For this division, action taken to save life or prevent further injury at a place is not interference with the place.
