### sec.190 Automatic cancellation or suspension of practising certificate
This section applies if a person’s certificate of competency or site senior executive notice is cancelled or suspended under this part or by a court.
Any practising certificate, relating to the certificate of competency or site senior executive notice, held by the person is also cancelled or suspended for the same period.

(sec.190-ssec.1) This section applies if a person’s certificate of competency or site senior executive notice is cancelled or suspended under this part or by a court.
