### sec.163 Directive about separate part of mine
Subsection (2) applies if an inspector believes part of a mine that was taken to be a separate part of a mine under section 21 (4) is being operated in a way that makes it no longer a separate part of a mine under section 21 (4) .
The inspector may give a directive to the operator for the mine to operate the part of the mine so that it is a separate part of a mine under section 21 (4) .
Subsection (4) applies if an inspector believes the operator for a mine has not complied with a directive given under subsection (2) .
The inspector may give the operator for the mine a directive to suspend operations in the part of the mine to which the directive given under subsection (2) applied.
