### sec.152 Failure to produce document
A person of whom a document production requirement is made must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
It is not a reasonable excuse to fail to produce the document that producing the document might incriminate the person or make the person liable to a penalty.
