### sec.150 Offence to contravene personal details requirement
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 149 must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
A person may not be convicted of an offence against subsection (1) unless the person is found guilty of the offence in relation to which the requirement under section 149 was made.
