### sec.105 Site senior executive to tell site safety and health representatives about certain things
A site senior executive for a mine must ensure a site safety and health representative at the mine is informed of the following things—
an injury or illness caused to a person from operations at the site safety and health representative’s area of responsibility that causes an absence from work of the person for more than 1 shift;
a high potential incident happening at the mine;
any proposed changes to the operations, or plant or substances used at the mine, that affect, or may affect, the safety and health of persons at the mine;
the presence of an inspector or inspection officer at the mine if the representative is at the mine;
a directive given by an inspector or inspection officer about a matter.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
The site senior executive must ensure each representative is informed as soon as practicable after the thing comes to the site senior executive’s knowledge.
