### sec.883 Conferences with eligible claimants or owners or occupiers started before commencement This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 335G as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place. The conference must take place under chapter 13, part 2 as in force immediately before the commencement. The Common Provisions Act, chapter 3, part 8 does not apply in relation to the conference. s 883 ins 2020 No. 14 s 151 (sec.883-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 335G as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place.
